Investment Advisor Grandeur Peak Opts For Linedata Trading Platform

Grandeur Peak Global Advisors, a small- and micro-cap global equity investment firm, announced it will use Linedata's Longview system as its trading platform.

Grandeur, which was founded last year, said its bias towards small- and micro-cap companies stems from a belief that it can find faster growth from such firms, often at better valuations due to a lack of analyst coverage.

The firm noted that it would deploy the Longview's multi-currency system to optimize global trading decisions and to execute transactions.

Linedata noted that its platform allows "seamless" trading integration to more than 400 destinations globally through 50 partners accessing alternative trading systems, dark pools, broker algorithms and transaction cost analysis.
