Matrox Releases PowerSpace for Virtual Desktop Management

Montreal-based Matrox Graphics released Matrox PowerSpace, virtual desktop management software for the financial services industry. Designed for individuals who work in multidisplay computing environments and utilize numerous applications and documents simultaneously, PowerSpace allows users to customize Windows desktop workspaces to streamline work processes and improve productivity, the vendor says.

Matrox PowerSpace "simplifies the multiple-display computing experience," said Alan Vandenbussche, the company's VP, in a release. Users can create, name and manage up to nine work spaces per display, and quickly cycle between work spaces using hot-key shortcuts or navigating the task bar, Matrox says. www.matrox.com
