OCC Names BNY Mellon's Messinger to Board of Directors & 2 More
The Options Clearing Corporation (OCC) said it named three new members to its board of directors for the equity derivatives clearing organization.
The new members include one head of trading and risk from BNY Mellon, one clearing and operations executive from TD Ameritrade and one custody and assets servicing specialist from Charles Schwab.
The new members are as follows:
- Craig Messinger is EVP and Head of Trading and Trading Risk at The Bank of New York Mellon. In this role, Messinger oversees trading and risk for foreign exchange, derivatives, fixed income and equities. Messinger is also a member of the Executive Committee for Global Markets and the Operating Committee of BNY Mellon.
- Felix Davidson, who is President, TD Ameritrade Clearing, Inc. and managing director of operations where he oversees all clearing operations functions for TD Ameritrade including the company’s clearing broker dealer.
- Raymond Sanza is SVP of operational services for Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. and leads the custody & asset Servicing group in Operational Services, which is responsible for the safe custody and servicing of client assets held by Charles Schwab on behalf of its clients.
