Interactive Data Boosts Range of OTC Data Available through PrimeTerminal

Interactive Data Corp., a provider of market analytics and data, announced it expanded the amount of over-the-counter information available in PrimeTerminal Professional, a customizable financial desktop platform.

As part of the upgrade, Interactive Data said users now have access to the World Currency Unit, a standardized basket currency derivative quotation, which is based on the real-time exchange rates of currency pairs from the largest countries.

A number of high-profile banks and brokerage firms have become data contributors to the platform, providing global central bank rates from the Federal Reserve and the European Central Bank, Interactive Data added.

“The combination of our valuable data content and innovative visualization and analysis tools is making PrimeTerminal Professional a compelling solution for our clients,” Carsten Dirks, Interactive Data’s global managing director of wealth management products said in a statement.
