Corvil Releases Market Data Quality Analysis for HFT

Corvil has launched new capabilities in its CorvilNet latency management system, including market data quality analysis integrated with network microburst analytics in new customized live dashboards.

Corvil, a provider of electronic trading and market data latency management systems, has launched new capabilities in its CorvilNet latency management system.

The latest CorvilNet release includes market data quality analysis integrated with network microburst analytics in new customized live dashboards geared toward high frequency trading.

With the new CorvilNet release, the appliances are deployed at the perimeter of the infrastructure and they monitor the market data flow for gaps, latency and microbursts. Sequence gaps in feeds are identified and customers are automatically alerted through the new live dashboards.

In a statement, Donal O'Sullivan, vice president of product management at Corvil, said, “Our customers can now monitor market data quality in real time. They can create live department-specific views and share the benefit of the Corvil deployment throughout their organization. Even users unfamiliar with the product can monitor critical data quality at a glance.

The release also includes the two new appliances – the CNE-1100 and the CNE-5100 – which are 1G and 10G appliances with large disk storage capacity for users who want to capture, analyze and store all data at key points in their infrastructure. They are designed to run the full Corvil suite of real-time analytics.
