Yodlee, Inc. introduces Advisor Pro, the company's latest wealth-management solution; GIS and FRI Corporation provide MFACT users with an expanded pricing interface option; The SunGard FIX Engine v. 4.5 is awarded the SWIFTNet Ready FIX service label.

Yodlee, Inc., a provider of aggregation solutions, has introduced Advisor Pro, the company's latest wealth-management solution. Advisor Pro is an adviser-facing solution that provides the adviser with client-permissioned access to the online accounts a client holds at all financial institutions. Powered by Yodlee's data-aggregation engine, Advisor Pro bundles the real-time, consolidated view of its clients' financial lives with the tools necessary to track all account activity and provide investment advice.

A recent agreement forged between Global Investment Systems (GIS) and FRI Corporation now provides MFACT users with an expanded pricing interface option. MFACT is an automated system designed for "in-house" operations to support investment and financial accounting, particularly for funds and Unit Trusts that must compute a daily Net Asset Value (NAV). The FRI Pricing Interface is an integrated FTP application that has been built into the existing MFACT software.

SunGard Business Integration, an operating group of SunGard, announced that the SunGard FIX Engine v. 4.5 has been awarded the SWIFTNet Ready FIX service label. The SunGard FIX Engine aims to help financial-services institutions manage large order flows more efficiently, reduce operational costs and improve efficiencies for real-time execution information and settlement via the FIX protocol. The SWIFTNet FIX Service allows institutions connected to SWIFTNet, SWIFT's IP-based messaging platform, to communicate using FIX with fund managers, broker/dealers and exchanges.

Top Quotes of the Week
It wasn't all bad luck for the capital markets this week: Hedge funds had a decent first quarter despite a slowdown in jobs numbers, BlackRock might be heading into new territory as hedge fund managers take a hard look at their counterparties, and the head of the IMF didn't pull any punches when assessing today's global economy. At least we can admire the nice weather and some of the best quotes of the week.
