Macgregor, a global provider of buy-side trade-order-management systems and FIX-network services, announced that Harris Associates has selected the Macgregor Financial Trading Platform (MFTP) to automate its equity trading. Harris Associates L.P. chose the Portfolio Manager Workstation, Compliance and Macgregor FIX Network components of MFTP. The system will be deployed to over 50 users.
Eagle Investment Systems Corp. announced that Ontario Public Service Employees Union Pension Trust selected Eagle's Web-based portfolio-management system to provide it with daily transaction-level and holdings data on all of its funds, $9.4billion in Canadian-dollar assets under management (as of Dec. 31, 2001). In implementing the system, Eagle partnered with ES Technology Inc. and Deloitte Consulting for professional services.
CheckFree Investment Services, a division of CheckFree Corporation, announced that U.S. Bancorp Piper Jaffray, the Minneapolis-based broker/dealer, is preparing to go live on CheckFree APL to administer its separately managed accounts business. CheckFree Investment Services is a provider of outsourced trading, portfolio management, accounting and reporting services to many broker/dealers and money managers in separately managed accounts.
ByAllAccounts, a wealth-management-data aggregator, announced that its customer, Creative Financial Designs, Inc. (CFD), a registered investment adviser, has added $14 million in new assets in the first two months of using ByAllAccounts' WebPortfolio technology.

Wave Securities, an institutional broker owned by Archipelago Holdings, and Charles River Development announced that Charles River has made the Archipelago platform available to its institutional clients via its Charles River Trading System (CRTS). Charles River is a provider of buy-side portfolio management, order management and compliance software and Charles River software processes over $7 trillion in assets.
