Christian Hauff has joined Banc of America Securities in its Electronic Trading Services group. Hauff previously was associate director involved in electronic foreign exchange trading with Barclays Capital.

Jeffrey Kilinski was appointed director, interest rate products, at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Kilinski, 46, joins the CME from Lehman Brothers, where he was a vice president, responsible for sales of futures, derivatives, treasuries, agencies and other fixed income products. At the CME, he will work with the interest rate products team to drive interest rate options volume growth on the exchange's electronic Enhanced Options System.
