Scott Burrill joined Rosenblatt Securities as head of product development and analytics. He previously held positions at Russell Investment Group and CalPERS. At Rosenblatt, Burrill will be charged with developing proprietary algorithms, pre-trade and post-trade analysis, and statistical and optimization techniques.
Cantor Fitzgerald has hired David Goldman as global head of fixed-income research. He most recently held the same title at Banc of America Securities. Goldman pioneered the development of quantitative credit models, including Credit Option-Adjusted Spread, according to a release.
