Agiliance Releases RiskVision 5.0

Solution for organizations to link security operations with enterprise risk management in cloud, mobile and on-premise environments.

Agiliance Inc., the independent provider of integrated governance, risk and compliance (GRC) solutions, announced availability of RiskVision 5.0. This GRC solution gives organizations a continuous link between enterprise compliance and risk objectives and security threats in cloud, mobile and on-premise environments.

RiskVision 5.0 also drives advancements in user interface, audit management, vendor risk management, policy import, data connectors and regulatory content, according to a release.

New features in Agiliance RiskVision 5.0 that enable a risk-based approach to security include vulnerable asset identification - to identify vulnerable assets based on live connection to threat intelligence sources; active correlation of security data sources - to correlate and normalize data from common security solutions, such as scanners, configuration checkers, and patch managers, etc.

Other features include risk assessment and scoring automation - to assess and prioritize threats and incidents using standard and proprietary risk scoring engines, and risk driven threat response - to intelligently prioritize and mitigate threats and incidents based on risk level and business impact.

"Security threats and incidents are increasing exponentially in volume and complexity, compounded by growth in the threat environment, movement towards cloud, and increased mobile computing," Christian Christiansen, program VP for IDC's security products and services group, stated.

"To keep pace, security organizations need to make informed decisions that are consistent with the enterprise's risk and compliance priorities. Compliance solutions, such as Agiliance RiskVision, can help reconcile risk against business development."
