Misys introduced Summit FT V5.2, an advanced credit derivatives and structured products trading and management platform. With the rapid growth in credit derivatives, Misys' new solution enables banks and asset managers to scale up and meet evolving market demands in both complexity and volume, Misys says.

The new solution features functional, configurability and usability enhancements to Misys' structured products platform, Misys adds. V5.2 also handles the allocation of trades to client funds and processes pre-trade records in real time, allowing compliance checks and interactions with various trade execution systems.

"In today's dynamic markets, banks need to handle more-complex instruments faster," Dan Cohen, Misys Summit product manager, said in a release. "The increased transparency offered by this solution is highly demanded, particularly ... [in] dealing with MiFID compliance," he added.
