Milestone Unveils Flagship Funds Processing Solution in the U.S.
Milestone Group introduced its flagship funds processing and investment analytics products -- previously available in Europe and Australia -- to the United States. Milestone says its pControl and pQuant products provide an application processing platform that delivers full control of the flow and quality of data and processes via a scalable architecture that is preconfigured with rules that can be modified by clients to fit specific processing requirements.
According to Milestone, the solution is used primarily for deriving net asset values (NAVs) on mutual funds. On the application side, it will calculate single-tier or multiple-tier (interfund) NAVs on multiple event servers, generate the required orders, receive orders direct from a registry, run the cash allocations (based on user-defined allocations), and calculate performance and attribution. The platform also generates all required reporting, the company notes.
