Correlsense Offers Latency Monitoring Free for A Year

SharePath Real User Monitoring said to track transaction times and identify bottlenecks.

Like the Experience Manager from OpTier we wrote about last week, Correlsense has software called SharePath RUM for managing and tracking business transactions through applications; the firm announced this morning its plan to offer the software free for one year, including support and maintenance (although, it says, some professional services fees may be required).

According to Correlsense, a large international financial institution is using the company's SharePath to track and record every financial transaction, whether done using online banking, a physical branch, or an ATM machine.

Correlsense says its SharePath platform is an end-to-end solution that monitors transactions across every hop in the data center to reconstruct and correlate a complete transaction trace, to enable IT departments to determine what, where and why the transaction has slowed down.
