Tarchon Capital Management Selects Riskdata for Risk Management

London-based fund of funds Tarchon Capital Management (TCM) selected Riskdata for the risk management of its portfolio of hedge funds. TCM manages assets and provides investment advice to institutions and high-net-worth individuals. The firm is responsible for investing assets of $900 million, and Riskdata's FOFiX product enables TCM fund managers to assess and budget their risk throughout the entire investment process, offering risk transparency.

"With its FOFiX product, Riskdata has incorporated, in an innovative manner, a risk methodology that is essential for hedge fund managers. FOFiX has enhanced our ability to quantify the risk profile of the funds we invest in and the portfolios we manage," said Yannis Vasatis, a managing director at Tarchon Capital Management, in a press release.

Investmaster Partners With Equipos Document Management Systems

Investmaster, a U.K.-based supplier of integrated systems for wealth managers and institutional brokers, partnered with Equipos Document Management Systems to offer document management within the recently launched Investmaster Wealth Relationship Management (Investmaster WRM) platform, a client management product suite.

The full backup that comes as part of the Equipos solution ensures a complete audit trail, bringing users in line with current compliance regulations. It also offers a full document management infrastructure that can be linked with Investmaster's back-office systems, Wealthmaster Settlement and 4i-Core, to facilitate workflow management and full straight-through processing.
