Adveq Management Selects M5’s Hosted VoIP Solution

Solution will upgrade IT and support rapid growth

Adveq Management, an independent private equity fund of funds investment manager has selected M5's hosted VoIP phone system for their US branch. M5 Networks, is a provider in business phone systems utilizing VoIP technology. The company currently manages approximately USD 4 billion of assets for its clients with offices in Beijing, New York, Frankfurt and Zurich. These clients consist almost entirely of international institutional investors including pension funds, insurance companies, family offices and other financial services providers, that are located primarily in Europe, Asia, Australia and the United States.

The US branch of Adveq Management experienced expansion this past year, and needed a larger office space to accommodate the growing number of staff members. Client experience is of great importance at Adveq, and a reliable VoIP solution provided as a service would guarantee automatically distribution of calls, callers reach their point of contact and clients and staff are never out of touch.

Adveq is committed to a discipline and process driven approach to business and a communications upgrade assured their processes and systems are on the cutting edge of the market, while still allowing staff to focus on their core competencies, according to the firm. Valuable IT bandwidth is taken up by phone system management and their system is always up and runny, allowing seamless communication to occur regardless of where staff works from. "M5 Networks solution took us to the next level in terms of technology and put client support and experience at the forefront," said Lee Gardella, managing director, Adveq Management, in a press release.
