NYSE Arca Options Completes Listing of ISE’s FX Options
NYSE Arca Options, a U.S. options exchange, has completed the listing of the International Securities Exchange’s (ISE) foreign currency options products. The FX Options products are also the next phase in the expansion of the Complex Order Book pilot program. The pilot, which began on September 8, 2008 with the QQQQs, will add all six FX Options for trading immediately.
“Through the listing and introduction of FX Options on NYSE Arca Options, we are proud to continue to offer exciting new ways to better serve customers and investors,” said Ed Boyle, senior vice president, U.S. Options, in a press release. “We are eager to further expand the complex order book pilot with the FX Options products and we encourage all our customers, Market Makers and member firms to take advantage of NYSE Arca Options’ superior functionality and user-focused innovations. We look forward to working with the ISE to ensure the success of these innovative products,” he said.
