Chi-Tech Appoints Head of European Biz Development

Chi-X Global Technology, the technology services unit of Chi-X Global, has appointed Ulf Axman head of European Business Development, based out of the firm’s London office.

Axman was previously with NYSE Technologies and has also worked with OMX Technology and Computershare.

In a statement, Hubert Holmes, Executive Vice President at Chi-Tech, said, “Ulf brings a great deal of experience in selling large-scale trading technologies and is well-known and respected by many exchange operators. We’re excited to have him join our team and head our business development efforts in this important region.”

Added Axman, “Market centers throughout Europe and the Middle East are today looking to build out their trading infrastructures in order to accommodate the global trading community’s vastly increased demand. I’m very excited to leverage my experience in the exchange space as we work to satisfy this demand with our proven technology offering.”
