Options IT Names Dillon North America Sales Director

Options IT, a provider of infrastructure, market data and connectivity for hedge funds, has named Tim Dillon Director of Sales for North America.

Options IT, a provider of infrastructure, market data and connectivity for hedge funds, has named Tim Dillon Director of Sales for North America.

Dillon will share oversight of the company’s Options PIPE services with Jason Elmer, who is head of Options IT’s North American division.

Option IT’s PIPE services include Velocity, a market connectivity and application hosting service; Expand, a managed application hosting service, and Core; a desktop and mobile business technology service.

“His hire is the latest in a series of additions to our quickly growing North American team,” Options IT Chief Executive Nigel Kneafsey said in a statement.

Prior to joining Options IT, Dillon was vice president of sales at NYFIX, where his primary focus had been the company’s electronic trading and connectivity sales to the company’s buy-side client base, Options IT said in a statement.
