Linedata Teams Up With Interactive Data To Provide More Global Market Data

As the amount of available market data continues to increase exponentially, firms are scrambling to find more seamless ways to aggregate and present this data to their clients, who must in turn seek faster and more efficient ways of analyzing the data and acting on it.

As such, Linedata has teamed up with Interactive Data to offer institutional and alternative investment clients broader global market data services through Linedata's integrated investment management solutions.

The vendor says it is doing this with the aim of helping firms address regulatory reporting requirements and provide a deeper picture of risk. The deal means that clients of Linedata can now access Interactive Data's real-time global market data through the Linedata TraderI and Linedata Beauchamp applications, real-time, historical and security master data through Linedata Longview, and intra and end-of-day pricing, static and corporate actions information through Linedata Icon.
