Wachovia named Gerald Enos Jr., who has held a variety of business and infrastructure roles at Wachovia over the last 25 years, head of operations, technology and e-commerce. He replaces Jean Davis, who is retiring.

Robert Hogan has been tapped to head Capitol Wealth Advisors, a new subsidiary of Capitol Bancorp Ltd., as president and CEO. He most recently was managing director and COO at Banc of America Securities.

Former FSA senior regulator Kevin Ludwick has joined QUMAS as head of regulatory services. Previously, Ludwick has held head compliance positions at Bank of America EMEA and Indosuez Capital.

CacheMatrix Holdings hired Matt Crooks as CTO. He previously held e-service positions at Berger Financial Group and Janus.
