Deborah Mittelman joined SunGard's BRASS business unit as SVP of compliance and product management. She previously worked as Instinet's technology compliance officer and spent 12 years at Goldman Sachs.

WestCom Corp. appointed Kathleen Perone as its new CEO. Perone previously was with FOCAL Communications.

Peter Delano joins TowerGroup as a senior analyst in the research firm's investment management practice. His 13 years of industry experience include roles at IXIS Asset Management Services, Scudder and Putnam.
