Omgeo, a provider of global trade-management solutions, announced that Kathy Ball-Toncic has been named executive director, global STP partners program. Ball-Toncic will report to Dave Merrill, managing director of global operations.
Wilco International, a subsidiary of Automatic Data Processing, Inc., has announced the upgrade of its CHESS Adapter which provides two-way connectivity with the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) clearing and settlement service CHESS (Clearing House Electronic Subregister System). The adapter was upgraded in line with Release 5.2 of the ASX CHESS service, which is required by all systems that interface with CHESS and utilize the CHESS OCH (Options Clearing House) Collateral Lodgement suite of messages.
HelioGraph, a provider of financial messaging, announced that SIA (SocietaInterbancaria per l'Automazione ) is using HelioGraph technology to power its new order-routing and execution-confirmation service, FinestWay. HelioGraph's Swift Ready Gold accredited, Message Broker, is being used by SIA to provide its clients with connectivity to the Swift network. The ISO 15022-enabled Message Broker will translate, manage and route messages between Finestway and Swift.
ADP Brokerage Services Group announced that asset manager Weiss, Peck & Greer has signed a multi-year agreement to continue outsourcing the processing of its securities transactions to ADP Brokerage Processing Services (BPS), a provider of transaction services to the financial industry. ADP's Brokerage Processing Services platform is a processing system for equities, options, fixed-income securities and mutual funds, with automated inquiry, reporting and record-keeping services. Weiss, Peck & Greer will continue to have their domestic and foreign-equities, mutual-funds and fixed-income business processed through BPS.
