Old Presence Lands New Position
Industry veteran P. Howard Edelstein has found a new home. He recently joined the ranks of Radianz, an IP-based network provider for the financial-services industry, as the chief executive officer.
Edelstein says that his background in financial services, particularly in dealing with building communities through connectivity, will serve him well in his new role. Past positions include E.M. Warburg Pincus & Company's entrepreneur in residence and Thomson Financial ESG's chief executive officer and founder.
Edelstein's appointment follows the departure of Doug Gilstrap, who left Radianz for personal reasons, according to the vendor. "Doug did a excellent job of getting this place going and building it up to a large degree," says Edelstein.
Growing the firm's revenue, profitability and client base will be Edelstein's top initiatives at Radianz, and he is confident that the company has a strong value proposition. "Outsourcing infrastructure is a compelling story, but one that is not as well known as it should be," he says. "My goal is nothing short of making Radianz very big and very successful."
