Thomson Financial has signed an agreement with CQG to provide Thomson IFR Markets global news and analysis on CQG terminals. Traders using the CQG decision and execution platform will be able to access the full range of real-time information including analysis on market activity, flows and sentiment across global fixed income, foreign exchange, capital markets and emerging markets. The Thomson IFR information will be provided to CQG users through a direct link to the Thomson Financial Web site.
Kx Systems will support FTP downloads of NYSE trade and quote (TAQ) data directly into its Kx kdb/taq application. The capability was added when the NYSE expanded its TAQ data distribution to include end-of-day FTP downloads from the Web. Kx customers can FTP the data directly into kdb/taq at the end of the trading day to perform relational time-series analysis on billions of TAQ data records.
Iverson Financial Systems has released its Global ETF Monitor for Exchange Traded Funds. The GEM covers all domestically traded ETF and most liquid internationally listed ETFs from London, Amsterdam and other exchanges. All relevant ETF constituent data is covered, including most current trade date share equities, estimated and actual cash components, net asset value, exchange and security identifiers.
CLSA will now make its PDF- and RIXML-enabled research available through the researchsummary.com portal service. Researchsummary's NavigateDepth product allows research consumers to access aggregated research databases in any format. The system can also 'co-present' research from internal and external sources in multiple formats such as Word, PDF, RIXML, Excel, video and audio.
