Asset Control introduces entry-level version of its data-management platform; Reuters forms partnership with CodeStreet; MarketXS intends to acquire Benelux business from Moneyline Telerate.

AC SmartFeed has been introduced into the data-management marketplace by Netherlands-based Asset Control. The newest solution from the investment-data-management vendor offers customers a basic version of its AC Plus data-management platform. SmartFeed loads data from a single major vendor feed using a pre-built handler. The data is maintained in a native vendor model, where the customer can access it online. In addition, business rules are applied to the data in the native model in order to detect anomalies and relationships between data. The product is offered at a lower price than the vendor's other solutions. In addition, the solution can be upgraded to an AC Plus environment, and is compatible with the Asset Control's AC Business Suite.

Reuters has signed an agreement with New York City-based CodeStreet, a software and information provider. The agreement will allow Reuters and its customers to tap its new partner for consulting services, products and bespoke software development. CodeStreet gains messaging middleware from Reuters that will allow it to record and replay market data, JMS, Rendezvous messages and software framework for its CodeStreet ReplayService product suite.

MarketXS, a data-technology vendor based in the Netherlands, has announced its intent to acquire Benelux business from New York City-based Moneyline Telerate. MarketXS will gain Moneyline Telerate premium market-data distribution over MarketXSPro, its workstation. In addition, MarketXS will become the exclusive distributor of Moneyline Telerate products in the Benelux region. The agreement entitles Moneyline Telerate to license certain technology from MarketXS, as well as the ability to market MarketXSPro and future product enhancements to the platform.
