Raymond James Financial is using on-line real-time and delayed stock-market-quote information, news and company fundamentals from New York City-based Thomson Financial. The three-year agreement allows St. Petersburg, Fla.-based RJF to integrate Thomson Dataworks, a single-platform delivered suite comprised of feeds, APIs and bulk-data facilities as well as Thomson Financial's content.The Thomson Financial data populates RJF's Financial Advisors Intranet Web Portal and client-facing Web and trading applications. The feed is currently running at the firm.
ComStock's real-time digital-data feed, XpressFeed, is now distributing MTS bond-market data. Best-bid and offer quotes, market depth and last-traded price, in relation to Products such as fixed-coupon, zero-coupon, floating-rate and treasury bills from government issuers and asset-backed and agency securities, are all MTS data. The Harrison, N.Y.-based division of Interactive Data Corporation, is offering coverage of all EuroMTS data, prices and volumes for government-benchmark bonds from 11 eurozone countries. In addition, XpressFeed will include trading data on the government-yield curves from the domestic MTS markets.
Reuters has agreed to a multi-year deal with Standard & Poor's Securities Evaluations. The deal will enable Reuters to redistribute all S&P's Securities Evaluations non-taxable Municipal securities. Reuters will use the data to offer its back-office customers more solutions for fixed-income and equity valuations through Reuters DataScope. In addition, S&P's Securities Evaluations continues to redistribute taxable fixed-income valuations from Reuters/EJV as well as independent fixed-income evaluations and global-pricing services to support global securities operations, fund pricing and portfolio management.
MidCast PRO, the flagship mobile-financial-software device from Austin-Tex.-based HillCast Technologies, is now available in a new version. The latest MidCast PRO includes real-time streaming quotes from Telekurs (USA). The device has additional features such as mobile alerting through E-mail/SMS and pop-up windowing, as well as OMS or Web-trading, and news from Telekurs, Comtex or the Associated Press.
