* Macgregor signs an agreement with Omgeo. * Interactive Brokers launch Universal Account. * Chicago Board of Trade signs a deal to install Eyretel Inc.'s. Insight Viewer.

Macgregor(TM), a provider of buy-side trade order management systems (OMS) and FIX network services, has signed an agreement with Omgeo, a matching utility. The deal calls for MacGregor to build an interface between its order-management systems and Omgeo Central Trade Manager -- a new matching solution Omgeo has developed for domestic and cross-border trades. Via the interface, Macgregor clients will be able to connect to Omgeo CTM's central matching and exception processing environment.

Interactive Brokers has launched Universal Account, a system that will enable its clients to execute stock, options, futures, foreign exchange and futures options, in markets worldwide, from a single trading screen. Universal Account will also allow clients of IB to view their entire transaction history in a single statement. IB clients that open or convert to a Universal Account will deposit a single base currency, and will be able to trade products denominated in multiple currencies.

The Chicago Board of Trade has signed a deal to install Eyretel Inc.'s Eyretel Insight Viewer, an application will provide CBOT member firms with the ability to immediately retrieve and replay recordings of trades. The CBOT currently uses another Eyretel application, Eyretel MediaStore, to record its members' trades.

TradingScreen, a provider of multi-dealer institutional trading platforms, has entered into a partnership with Sophis, a portfolio and risk-management-technology vendor. The alliance calls for TradingScreen and Sophis to build an integrated asset management system by developing interfaces between their respective buy-side platforms.
