Blaylock Robert Van, a minority-owned brokerage firm based in Oakland, California, has opened a Chicago office and appointed Dudley Brown to oversee the firm’s expansion in the Midwest region.
In a release, Eric Van Standifer, president of Blaylock Robert Van, said, “Dudley Brown is well known and respected throughout the Midwest and shares our commitment to provide superior corporate and municipal investment banking and underwriting.”
He added, “Dudley’s long standing and exceptional track record in the Chicago area will allow us to expand our meaningful presence and take advantage of the many progressive opportunities available for minority-owned firms. We expect the Midwest region will contribute significantly to our growth in the next few years.”
