Globex Learning Center picks FFastFill's training-to-trade software.

The Chicago Mercantile Exchange's Globex Learning Center (GLC) will feature FFastFill plc, an application-service provider for trading and risk management in electronic markets.

FFastFill, headquartered in London, will provide a training-to-trade software application that allows participants to conduct trading in a real-time environment with actual market data and risk controls without putting their money on the line.

GLC participants accessing the FFastFill application through any of 50 workstations will trade based on real-time market data and news. Traders will experience the same market response to their order as they would in the actual trading environment. Participants can also make arrangements to use the training service from home.

GLC users of the FFastFill program will also be able to simulate trading on eCBOT, the Chicago Board of Trade's (CBOT) electronic platform.

GLC is designed to help CME members and prospective traders transition to electronic trading.
