Citadel Securities Hires Former RBS and ITG Electronic Trading Expert

Electronic trading veteran Anthony Huck joins Citadel Automated Trading Services and will focus on sales of the firm's algorithm suite and dark pool, Apogee.

Anthony Huck, the former managing director at RBS Global Banking & Markets, has joined Citadel Securities.

Huck will be a managing director and senior sales person in the Automated Trading Services group, a division of Citadel Securities, and will focus on sales of the firm’s suite of algorithms, including Mercury and Mercury Dark, as well as execution serves and access to Apogee, Citadel's dark pool.

Prior to joining Citadel Securities, Huck was head of Equity Execution Services, Americas, at RBS, where he had been since 2009. Before he joined RBS, Huck was with ITG for 15 years before leaving in late 2008. At ITG, he was also a managing director with responsibilities for algorithmic and portfolio trading, transition services, international sales and derivatives.
