Broadridge Taps Susan Certoma As SVP and COO

Former Wachovia CIO will oversee product strategies for Broadridge's Brokerage Processing Services business.

Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc., said it appointed former Wachovia CIO Susan Certoma as SVP and COO of its Brokerage Processing Services (BPS) Business. Certoma served as CIO of Wachovia’s Corporate and Investment Banking divisions since 2004, where she was responsible for technology and product strategies.

At Broadridge, Certoma’s responsibilities will include: overall technology, service, delivery and product development support, strategy, including new platform and product innovations, and the servicing of key client relationships for the BPS business.

She has a proven track record in building client relationships at leading global financial institutions like Wachovia and Goldman Sachs, and Broadridge will benefit greatly from Susan’s vision and management direction,” stated Marchesani.

Prior to her tenure at Wachovia, Certoma held top financial and technology leadership positions at Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, Lehman Brothers, CS First Boston and Royal Bank of Canada.
