Transaction Network Services (TNS) announced it has partnered with IBSN, Inc. to offer a new approach to order routing for financial customers. The TNS and IBSN routing service includes initiating, testing and certifying counter-party connections to electronically transport mission-critical financial information. The routing service supports both FIX and other major trading languages.
Managed Objects, a Business Service Management company, announced that its Formula software has been implemented in the U.K. by Fidelity Investments -- part of the world's largest independent fund-management organization. Formula will serve as the Business Service Management platform for the technology that supports online services in Europe, which include equities trading, pension planning, mutual-fund sales and other key lines of business.
Netik announces the launch of CiQ, a Web-enabled investment-information portal designed to provide online portfolio analysis, reporting, compliance monitoring, performance measurement, and automated-trade support for investment managers and other institutions overseeing large investment portfolios.
NYFIX, Inc. announced that NYFIX Transaction Services is on target to go live with several clients on July 1, 2002 and has a solid backlog of clients to be rolled out throughout the quarter. The company announced in May that its wholly owned broker/dealer subsidiary, NYFIX Transaction Services, became an NASD member. NYFIX Transaction Services offers technology and high-capacity-execution infrastructure on a transaction-fee basis.
Silicon Summit Technologies announced an agreement with Cameron Systems to use the CameronFIX engine within SST's FixConnect service. FixConnect is a point of entry into the global-securities-industry's FIX (Financial Information eXchange) messaging network.
