INDATA announces Pzena Investment Management selects the Precision Trading system; SS&C Technologies, Inc. announce Normand A. Boulanger is executive vice president and chief operating officer.

INDATA, a provider of enterprise software solutions for investment management firms, announced that Pzena Investment Management, based in New York, N.Y., has selected the INDATA Precision Trading system for its trade order management (OMS) needs. Pzena conducted a comprehensive evaluation of other OMS vendor systems before selecting INDATA this month. In addition, Precision Trading -- part of INDATA's I.M.S. for Windows suite of products -- offers a set of interface utilities that provide an interface with the CheckFree Security APL system, including the ability to trade tax lots---an essential task for all prospective OMS users that have taxable accounts.

SS&C Technologies, Inc. announced the promotion of Normand A. Boulanger to executive vice president and chief operating officer. Boulanger will be responsible for sales, marketing, development and services, and will initially focus on North America. He will continue to report directly to William C. Stone, president, CEO and chairman of the board. SS&C also announced the promotions of Gregory F. Reid to senior vice president of services, and Britain T. Price to senior vice president of sales. With offices in North America, Canada, Europe and Asia, SS&C is a provider of financial software solutions, services and expertise to asset managers world-wide.

FOLIOfn, the creator of "FOLIOs," or baskets of stocks, and ICLUBcentral, a provider of investment club products, are joining forces to give investment clubs a new way to build, manage, and monitor securities portfolios online. The FOLIOfn and ICLUBcentral partnership will give the more than 45,000 investment clubs that use ICLUBcentral's online and desktop applications access to a comprehensive package of brokerage services designed to meet the specialized needs of investment clubs.
