Fidessa LatentZero Moves into Fidessa Headquarters in London

Fidessa LatentZero, a provider of front-office software to the buy-side, has moved its London base to join parent company Fidessa in the new corporate headquarters in the heart of the City of London. The move to the new world-class facilities at One Old Jewry, near Bank station, was completed in early December and saw over one hundred and fifty Fidessa LatentZero employees transfer to occupy two floors of the eight story building, which provides additional space for planned future expansion.

“This move has been planned for some time as part of the ongoing strategy to bring Fidessa and Fidessa LatentZero closer together and will facilitate further leverage of Fidessa technologies and processes within LatentZero going forward. It is an exciting time for all of us and I am looking forward to the new opportunities this opens up, both for the Fidessa group as a whole, and our clients,” said Richard Jones, founder and CEO of Fidessa LatentZero, in a press release.

Top Quotes of the Week
It wasn't all bad luck for the capital markets this week: Hedge funds had a decent first quarter despite a slowdown in jobs numbers, BlackRock might be heading into new territory as hedge fund managers take a hard look at their counterparties, and the head of the IMF didn't pull any punches when assessing today's global economy. At least we can admire the nice weather and some of the best quotes of the week.
