Kamakura completes 130-page research report entitled, "An Introduction to Kamakura Credit Risk Modeling;" Krishna Biltoo appointed new head of product development at London-based CreditTrade.

Kamakura has completed a 130-page research report entitled, "An Introduction to Kamakura Credit Risk Modeling." The reports includes hedging and pricing comparison of the Merton and Jarrow credit models, along with new research, material summarized from two books for Risk Publications and the mathematics of the Jarrow model from his forthcoming paper in the Financial Analysts Journal. In addition, Kamakura has offered to provide any assistance, "personal or professional, that is necessary for competitors, friends, clients and any institutions whose operations have been affected." Krishna Biltoo has been appointed the new head of product development at London-based CreditTrade, a credit derivatives trading platform. Previously, Biltoo was head of credit and risk at Reuters where he was responsible for the launch and development of Reuters Credit, an Internet product linking the commonly used information on the top 26,000 capital markets issuers and loan obligors. He also served as a non-executive director of RiskMetrics.
