IT Help Wanted

IT jobs represented nearly 20 percent of the online job posting market, according to statistics measuring site traffic on 4Jobs.com - an online network of employment Web sites with more than 170,000 employment listings - during the first quarter of 2005. Richard Milgrim, CEO of the 4Jobs.com Career Network, cautions, however, that while the number of IT jobs in the financial services sector is growing steadily, the growth is slow. "We're not going to see anything drastic," he says. "Companies are still skittish - they're testing the waters and making sure that they have the revenues to support the staff."
