Bank of New York Upgrades Information-Delivery and Transaction Platform

The Bank of New York, a custodian bank, has enhanced INFORM, its Internet-based information delivery and transaction platform for institutional and corporate clients.

Major online upgrades include new personalized customization features, an easy-access resource library of market and industry information, as well as centralized reporting capabilities for risk analysis, class-action reporting, compliance monitoring, cash management, trade finance and corporate action and settlements.

INFORM is accessed by over 43,000 users representing 5,000 institutional and business clients regularly. "These latest enhancements reflect our strategic objective to engineer flexible and reliable technology that allows clients to access the information they need, when they want it and how they want it," said Bank of New York CIO Kurt Woetzel in the release.
