Aleri Releases New Version of its Liquidity Analysis Engine

Aleri has released version 3.0 of its Aleri Market Liquidity Analysis (MLA) engine, which enables traders and brokers to consolidate market data across execution venues including exchanges, ATSs and MTFs.

The Aleri MLA engine also offers the ability to run automated analytics against the consolidated market view to drive trading strategies or perform smart order routing.

The latest version of the Aleri MLA server extends to include consolidation of level 1 data for market quotes containing last trade, best bid, best offer and other summary data.

In a statement, Don DeLoach, CEO of Aleri, said, “Aleri originally launched MLA in early 2007 in direct response to MiFID in Europe and the increased need for tools that could analyze full market depth. As markets become more volatile, we are seeing a growing number of firms turn to MLA to provide them with a complete view of the market.”

He added, “With a growing customer base behind us, we have made new enhancements to the MLA engine that enables traders and powers automated trading applications to achieve best execution in a fragmented market.”
