Attensity has announced today the release of Market Voice, a new software that will enable users to track, analyze and act on customer conversations in blogs, Web forums, product review comments and other forms of online customer exchanges.
Market Voice automatically collects customer feedback and stores it for analysis of sentiment, identification of the root cause of issues and early warning on emerging issues and opportunities.
According to Attensity, nearly 100 million blogs and 10 to 20 million internet discussion boards are active online. Therefore, Attensity representatives say, companies that use this software will have the ability to aggregate and analyze customer sentiment on the web as well as curb potential issues with new product introductions or marketing messages.
The solution is now available and will be demonstrated at the Text Analytics Summit taking place in Boston, MA June 16-17, 2008.
