CastleOak Appoints Top Management to Fixed Income Team

CastleOak Securities announced that Gene Gallagher and Roy Jones have joined the firm’s fixed income sales and trading team.

Gallagher will be based in the firm’s New York City office and serve as Managing Director of Fixed Income Sales and Trading. He will also be responsible for the Preferred Stock business.

Previously, Gallagher was a vice president at Goldman Sachs establishing the firm’s secondary preferred stock trading desk. He has also worked at Blaylock & Partners, Chase Securities and Morgan Stanley during his career.

Jones will serve as Director of Fixed Income Sales and Trading based out of the Chicago office. Jones was previously director of the Generalist Sales Group for Wachovia Capital Markets.
