Citisoft Appoints Clark as Global CEO

Clark will focus on growing the company's business in Australia and Asia.

Citisoft, the investment management consulting firm and subsidiary of Satyam Computer Services, promoted Jonathan Clark to global CEO. Clark, one of Citisoft's founders, assumes responsibility for driving the company's business and developing business in Australia, Japan and Singapore. Citisoft also plans to develop its off-shoring practice in India.

"We want to grow in Asia. We have a 15-month-old business in Japan that is doing very well, and we are looking at new markets," says Clark, who previously was Citisoft's executive director with a focus on business and marketing. "Our direction reflects what our clients do. There is an increasing amount of globalization among them. ... Our U.S. clients are looking to roll out operating models and technology architecture on a global basis, maybe moving to centralized databases and system applications."
