Asset Managers Forum Names New Executive Director
Kenneth Juster has been promoted to executive director of the Asset Managers Forum, a newly created position. Juster joined the AMF in May of 2000 as director. His responsibilities will include: implementing AMF policy, coordinating the Forum's overall agenda, supervising the AMF staff and advancing the Forum's projects and positions concerning industry initiatives, such as straight-through processing, operations benchmarking and securities pricing.
One of the AMF's priorities for the coming year is compliance and derivatives processing. The AMF also plans to further address major regulatory initiatives such as anti-money laundering and provisions of the USA Patriot Act. The AMF also plans to continue to work closely with the Bond Market Association in order to provide a critical link between buy-side and sell-side fixed-income communities. Before Juster joined the AMF as director in May of 2000, he was a consultant at Deloitte & Touche and Jordan & Jordan.
