* UBS Warburg to use Wilco's platform for global-corporate-actions processing. * CashEdge partners with Financial Fusion, Inc. to enhance their online services. * Fundtech Ltd. forms an alliance and partners with Aurum Technology.

Wilco International, a subsidiary of Automatic Data Processing, Inc., and UBS Warburg have signed an agreement for UBS Warburg to use Wilco's platform for global-corporate-actions processing. The agreement includes UBS Warburg's usage of Wilco's corporate-actions-processing engine across its international operations, supporting its three main processing hubs in Stamford, London and Singapore.

CashEdge, a provider of secure, online-money movement and account-aggregation platforms, announced a partnership with Financial Fusion, Inc., a solutions provider to more than 200 of the world's largest financial institutions, to enhance their online services with inter-institution transfer and person-to-person payment technologies.

Fundtech Ltd., a provider of global-electronic payments, settlement and cash-management solutions, announced that it has formed a strategic alliance and signed a partnership agreement with Aurum Technology, a provider of information-technology services to community and mid-tier financial institutions. Under the agreement, Aurum will promote Fundtech's PAYplus USA product to its MISER software-customer base.

Also, Fundtech announced that it has received SWIFTReady 2002 Gold accreditationfor its PAYplus payments solutions and is now a member in the SWIFT Partner Advisory Group for Reporting of Cash and Securities (SPARCS) on SWIFTNet. The SPARCS working group's goal is to oversee new standards for real-time cash reporting and to serve as a working group devoted to integrating SWIFTNet reporting services into industry applications.
