JPMorgan Investor Services announced the appointment of two new business heads for Europe, Middle East and Africa; Eagle Investment Systems Corp. announces the release of the newest version of Eagle PACE; AGF Asset Management goes live with the integration of SunGard's Decalog and GLOBAL PORTFOLIO II.

SunGard Investment Management Systems, an operating group of SunGard announced that Assurances Generales de France Asset Management (AGF Asset Management) has gone live with the integration of SunGard's Decalog and GLOBAL PORTFOLIO II for integrated straight-through processing (STP). AGF Asset Management is part of Allianz Asset Management, a global fund manager, with $565 billion of assets under management. AGF Asset Management's operations goal is to avoid the time-consuming and costly re-keying of trade details that was previously necessary to correct transcription and translation errors. AGF Asset Management also hopes to improve its trade settlement success rate and achieve a higher level of STP.

JPMorgan Investor Services announced the appointment of two new business heads for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Ann Doherty will take over as the new Global Asset Servicing Executive for EMEA moving from her existing role as Global Product Executive for Investment Products and Business Executive for Securities Lending. Richard Warne will become the new Global Product Executive for Investment Products and EMEA Business Executive for Securities Lending, moving from his current role as the Regional Business Executive within the North America Investment Management Industry Group.

The boards of directors of the Investment Management Consultants Association (IMCA) and the Institute for Certified Investment Management Consultants (ICIMC) have endorsed a proposal to consolidate the two organizations. Subject to a vote by the members of both organizations, the consolidation could take place as early as January of 2002. The mission statements of both organizations emphasize ensuring quality service to the public and promoting the highest standards of ethics and professionalism. Yet despite their similarities, the Denver-based IMCA and the Washington, D.C.-based ICIMC have traditionally appealed to slightly different segments of the professional community.

Eagle Investment Systems Corp. announced the release of the newest version of Eagle PACE, the company's Web-based securities data hub and portfolio management solution. Eagle PACE looks to enable investment managers to integrate on one platform all of their analytic and market data with portfolio accounting and trade data across all asset types. The latest version of Eagle PACE includes performance measurement for mutual funds, personalization features for Eagle Portal, a new set of customizable analytics and reports, and additional functional enhancements for the worldwide investment management market.
