Financial Models Company Inc., a provider of technology solutions and services to the investment world announced that Summit Investment Partners, a U.S.-based investment- management firm, has selected FMCPacer for portfolio accounting and FMCPages for client reporting.

Waddell & Reed, Inc., a subsidiary of Waddell & Reed Financial, Inc., has extended its technology contract with Impact Technologies Group, Inc. for the company's flagshipproduct -- Wealth Strategies financial-planning software. 3200 financial advisers in 225 registered offices throughout the country will use Impact's Wealth Strategies to provide clients with wealth-management plans.

Macgregor, a global provider of buy-side trade-order-management systems and FIX-network services, announced it has signed an alliance agreement with dbConcert, an application-integration products and services company. dbConcert's integration engineers will serve as team members during Macgregor OMS implementations.

Global Investment Systems announced that ICMA Retirement Corporation (ICMA-RC) has been licensed to use MFACT for the accounting and administration for many of its investment options used by more than 450,000 public-sector employees. MFACT is a software package designed for "in-house" operations to support all aspects and phases of investment and financial accounting, particularly for funds and Unit Trusts that must compute a daily Net Asset Value (NAV).
