INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT TECHNOLOGY BRIEFS
Caplin Systems, creator of the Real Time Text Protocol (RTTP), announced that UBS Warburg, a global financial-services firm, has selected RTTP to deliver real-time data over the Web to its employees and buy-side trading partners. RTTP delivers market data at levels of performance demanded by professionals. Users can integrate the data into their current systems as it streams through unmodified firewalls directly into a standard browser.
